Janie Botkin Discusses This Place in my Heart

On Thursday, Janie Botkin will discuss This Place in My Heart, a wonderful story about a Burundi teenager who faces tragedy early in life and later has the inner strength to become a world-class athlete.  The book is a DSHS summer reading assignment, but the interesting presentation is open to anyone.  DS Community Library, 3:30 - 4:30 on.   Janie is a world-class Dripping Springs resident -- author, beloved educator, President of Heritage Circle just to name a few of her talents.
