Get 'Em While They're Hot!

We tried Drippin' Donuts this morning.  The doughnuts were warm, fresh and delish.  The locally-owned shop also has a selection of kolaches and breakfast tacos.  Important note for DS residents -- they are open on Sunday!  We wish this new business the best.  For more on great happenings in Dripping Springs, Texas, please visit http://www.drippingspringslife.com/

Summer Fun -- Shop Dripping Springs!

We stopped by Cowgirls and Lace yesterday for a Father's Day gift -- they have great books on Texanna and novels and humor by Kinky Friedman .  You can also deck out your home for the summer with their patriotic wreaths in red, white and blue and wonderful outdoor fabrics.  Down the road, Ruby's Emprium has moved into bigger digs.  Her shop is filled with charming antiques and collectibles.  Over on Ranch Road 12, wonderful Hemisphere has added two vendors to its diverse, creative array of antiques dealers.  Hemisphere is filled with style for the home and of course, we never miss the cafe!  For more information about Dripping Springs, Texas, please visit http://www.drippingspringslife.com/

Congratulations Graduates!

The 2010 class of Dripping Springs High School held its commencement ceremony Friday, June 4.  It was a fantastic evening.  Some of the highlights included Quinton Poe's welcome to the crowd and the fun and touching "tribute to teachers" by Kelsey Giles and McKena Hagemann.  All of the students did an incredible job and being there was a great reminder of how fortunate we are to live in such a wonderful community.  The Dripping Springs Independent School System rocks!!  For more information about beautiful Dripping Springs, Texas, please visit http://www.drippingspringslife.com/.
